I hereby grant full permission to the International Academy of Suicide Research (IASR), hereafter referred to as “Company,” to use my name, image or voice in the Company’s print, broadcast or social media marketing and communications materials, as well as any other Company publications. I understand that photographic or video recordings of me may be electronically displayed on the Internet as part of the Company’s public education efforts, or used in social media to promote awareness of this event.
I hereby release and hold Company harmless from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the use of the marketing and communications materials specified above.
I further acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and that I will not receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of my image or voice with participation in Company marketing materials or other Company publications. I also acknowledge and agree that marketing or publication of said image and voice confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever.
I hereby release Company, its contractors, its employees, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.
